How does the club membership work?
Club members pay an annual fee which guarantees them a perfectly running generator dropped off and ready to go With ample amount of fuel. once you become a member, Our team meets at your location to determine where the transfer switch will be installed, and how long of a cord will be needed. there is a one time fee for the electrician to install the transfer switch and for the purchase of the generator power cable. Due to different lengths in cable for various houses and businesses, you have your own designated cable so the process can be a smooth as possible post storm.
when can I use my membership?
You can use your membership anytime there is a tropical storm or hurricane that’s causes your location to lose power.
What can the generator power?
The generators we supply can run your entire home or business.
How long can I keep the generator?
You can keep the generator until power is restored.
What happens if my generator breaks down?
If your generator breaks down, you can call our 24/7 support line and one will be brought to you and swapped out right away. Although this is very rare as all our generators are meticulously maintained, and periodically started with inspections every month.
Can my generator be dropped off before the storm?
Due to the recent increase in storm surges, we only deliver to Coastal addresses post storm. As soon as the water is receding, we are in route to you if you need power. If you lose power before the storm, and there is no risk of storm surge or you live in an area where storm surge will not affect your house or business we can bring to you pre storm.
